What motivates Sherry to do this work
After spending the last 45 years working as a CEO/Executive Director in the social Services Sector and as a small business entrepreneur, Sherry Baker has had these thoughts many times. It is now time for her to give back and help our new generation of leaders realize their full potential
Sherry Baker is a visionary leader. Every time she has led an organization, there has been substantial growth and development. She is a compassionate, yet firm manager. She is a hugely successful fund-raiser because she motivates the organization to embrace the future while finding the right fit for the funders to want to support that future! She is fearless in trying new ideas and learning from the inevitable mistakes and challenges which arise.
At the heart of all Sherry’s work has been a passion for building exciting, safe and well-rounded communities.
